United House – Alfa Laval

United House started work on this £12.3m contract to build a new residential scheme, on the site of the former Alfa Laval office which has stood empty for 15 years. Architects Assael Architecture designed the mixed – use scheme which comprises of 69 new homes, 61 of which are affordable properties for the local community. A second phase will incorporate hotels, commercial office space, a car showroom and additional residential and community facilities. United House  carried out the construction works on behalf of developer Carlton Properties.
