Wates Construction successfully handed over Crest Academy in September 2014 completing the demolition and rebuild of two academies on the same site. The phased development comprised of enabling works which included the demolition of existing temporary structures, formation of new access road from Dollis Hill Lane and car park, plus erection of temporary school accommodation. The external cladding package for Crest Academies Buildings B1 & B4 comprising of a combination of profiled Western Red Cedar, Trespa Meteon & Cembrit Cembonit panelling covering an area of 1400m2. This new 18,800 sq. metre site will house new academies for both Crest Girl’s & Crest Boys and consists of 4 separate buildings, one being for the girls and one for the boys with the other two central buildings housing specialist subjects and sports.
